We paid just 100000 kip for a queen room with its own bathroom, air conditioning, a table, and a chair. It was a cheap place to sleep, though cleanliness was only so-so, the toilet had no seat, and the air conditioner was really loud. We also had a daytime power cut that lasted around half an hour. Wi-Fi was available. If the manager isn't around, try the nearby "restaurant" with the same name.

The facilities are dated, but with so few tourists in Attapeu, it's easy to pick a decent room. The location is the main draw: right on the town's main road, with a few good cafés and restaurants nearby. I'd stay again next time I'm in Attapeu, especially for the cappuccino at the café close by.

I arrived by motorbike and chose the cheapest room, at 120,000 kip. The room was clean, and they cleaned it daily. The fan, air conditioner, and Wi-Fi all worked, and the bottled water in the room was free. I also appreciated having a plastic basin for washing clothes; in this heat, they dried fast out back. There's a restaurant and a boba milk tea café, though I don't know when the restaurant closes. When I tried to get dinner close to 9 pm, they sent me across the street. The staff were friendly, but spoke very little English.
