It's a bit of a dump, but could do if there's nothing better available. The room was generally clean and the WiFi worked, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The fridge didn't work, and there's no TV. For breakfast, you have to go to the sister property, Sengahlone Resort, and the breakfast there wasn't good.

The price doesn't match what you get, and I can't recommend this place. The electrical system is in a dangerous state, the cooling is very weak, and the taps and shower are in terrible condition. The water looked reddish brown, and after showering there was Mekong mud in the shower.

This place can't really be called a villa. It looks neglected, run-down, and unkempt. Nearby, you can find better rooms for much less money, with friendlier owners. Keep looking.

It's a nice hotel with a terrace where you can enjoy the view. The beds have just the right firmness. They provide bath and face towels, toothbrush sets, combs, and soap. You can also get bus tickets to Pakse at the restaurant across the street.

The reception team were incredibly friendly and helpful, and arriving or leaving is easy since the jetty is right in front of the villa. We had a great room, a 2-2, on the first floor with a sensational Mekong view. Breakfast was at the resort, about a five-minute walk away, which was no problem. On the second day we got bicycles, which made things super easy. The shower was a little unusual but okay.
