The free breakfast was great, and check-in and checkout were easy. We stayed twice within one week. The second room was warmer and better, though its shower still stayed hot for only 2-3 minutes. In the family room, it was much too large and cold, and the shower temperature was very hard to adjust and didn’t stay hot for long. The hotel is centrally located near lots of sights, and they let us check out 10-15 minutes late, which was nice. One thing to keep in mind when paying: their conversion rate made the bill $3-5 more than the price listed on booking.com.

This was the nicest place we stayed in Cambodia, Malaysia, and Laos. It’s a lovely hotel that isn’t too big, in a great spot where you can walk everywhere without being in the busiest area, and there are nice places to eat nearby. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, and the WiFi worked well enough for work video calls. They cleaned daily and left water bottles. Breakfast was plentiful, with eggs to choose from, fruit, and help-yourself coffee. We’d absolutely stay again.

The nightly rate was pretty affordable, and the location was alright, but the service didn’t feel very friendly. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. There was little to no English spoken, and payment was cash only. I wouldn’t come back. There are hundreds of places in LP, and I’m sure most are better.

The room was clean and nicely designed, and the staff were kind. Breakfast was especially welcome in the unexpectedly cold weather. Good value for the money, too!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The owner speaks Czech, which makes communication easy for guests from Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the amenities and services are great. There are lots of breakfast options, too. 🤗
