Pullman Luang Prabang

Mina at the front desk was helpful as soon as we arrived, and David from concierge kept us busy with things to do, arranged boat rides on the Mekong river and sorted our airport shuttle. The grounds were well kept, with wide mountain views. We loved the restaurant, ate breakfast there every day and came back for dinner several nights. The restaurant team were great, and the lobby bartender was always smiling and making drinks. The hotel is about ten minutes from the main nightlife area, with an hourly shuttle that made getting around easy. Our time in Luang Prabang was a great experience, and the hotel exceeded what we expected.

Mina at reception made a huge difference to our vacation. Whenever we had a question or problem, she helped straight away, organized things smoothly and handled every issue with kindness and professionalism. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and thanks to her, the whole trip felt easy and stress-free. We’re especially grateful to her and the team at Pullman Luang Prabang, and would gladly return. We stayed seven nights with our nine-year-old daughter and found the resort peaceful, spotless and beautifully designed. It was a lovely place to come back to after exploring Luang Prabang and the surrounding area. The pool was stunning, and the attention to detail was clear throughout. The reception team were professional, friendly and quick to handle every request with a smile. We also had several massages at the spa, and the therapists were wonderful. The treatments were relaxing and professional, among the best spa experiences we’ve had. Food at the restaurant was consistently delicious, varied and excellent. A perfect vacation from start to finish, and a true five-star resort that met and exceeded our expectations.

Walking around this property feels like being in heaven, with lush greenery, beautiful rice field views and stunning mountains all around. There’s farming on site, and the amenities make it an easy place to relax. Amazing place, highly recommended!

David from concierge really stood out. He checked in with us each day to see what we needed, replied incredibly quickly even late at night, and made the stay feel personal. Thank you, David. The hotel is quite far from the city centre, but the free shuttle made getting back and forth easy. Room Wi-Fi was slow, though it suited the mood and helped us disconnect. The food was great, and the facilities were spacious, well laid out and calm and luxurious from the moment we arrived. Despite a couple of small downsides, it was still a solid 5-star stay.
