The location is the main draw, close to both markets and within easy walking distance of the city’s major attractions. The room and service were just OK, but fair for the price. You can book directly with the owner through Whatsapp, just remember to remind them specifically about your booking. And don’t miss the amazing grilled vendor across the street.
We had a double room and really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, the coffee was great, and the owner was kind and attentive. The morning market, with good food, is just a one-minute walk away, and the night market is about three minutes away. Great value, too.
The courtyard coffee was excellent, and the market is only a short walk away. Our host was so kind and helpful, arranging a scooter, laundry, and transport to the train station. The guesthouse was clean and comfortable, and we had a great stay. I’d gladly come back and recommend it.
Right in the center but tucked onto a quiet side road, this guesthouse is the best value in town. The owner also makes great coffee. I can highly recommend it.
We paid 350k kip per night for three nights. The room was clean and basic, with free water refills and a kettle to use. The owners speak good English and help with everything. The location is great, right by the morning and night Market, and very close to the Mekong River. The guy makes good coffee in the yard.
