The staff were so friendly and helpful, and they could speak Thai and English. We had a baby crib too. My family really enjoyed our stay, it was clean and cozy, with an easy walk to the main road and restaurants. Wish we could visit again!

Breakfast was delicious, and the thoughtful touches in the room were appreciated. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt completely relaxed and at home throughout our stay. Souphattra Luang Prabang is beautiful, with traditional charm and modern comfort in a peaceful, lush setting. From arrival, we were met with genuine warmth. The whole team clearly cares about the guest experience. We couldn't recommend it more and hope to return someday. Thanks to everyone at Souphattra for making our time in Luang Prabang so special.

The porridge at breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, from the person who checked me in to the woman making breakfast. We sometimes misunderstood each other because of English, but we worked it out and the service was still good. The bed was soft and fluffy, the room bright, and the ambience nice. I had meetings at their sister hotel, Souphattra, and they gave me free rides there as often as I wanted. I also tried their shuttle car, like a golf car, and that was a nice experience. You only need to walk a few metres to see alms giving, it's about 10 minutes to the night market, and famous restaurants are nearby. Fathima, for halal food, is around 400m away. I had a pleasant stay at v maison, thanks.
