Breakfast was included, with simple egg dishes such as boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and omelets, plus two kinds of fruit. Tea, coffee, and hot and cold water were available all day. But the rooms felt overpriced for the service. Mine was run down, the AC didn't work properly, and dust had built up on the ceiling ventilator and other places out of reach. No one cleaned or brought fresh towels or sheets, and the pillow was stained. There was no refrigerator or safe. The bathroom ventilation opened into a shared hallway space, which made me feel bad using the toilet. Be careful with offers for private car tours. The Wi-Fi router was in the lobby and my room was on the second floor, so the connection was very bad. My mobile connection was bad too.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here, and they let me leave my baggage. The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and they provided free bottled water. The bathroom dust and mosquitoes are things they could improve, even for a 2-star hotel. There were mosquitoes all over the room despite keeping doors and windows shut, and the floor and windows were dusty. The bathroom was dirty, though pouring hot water on it can clean it.

The employees were really nice, and the room was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and had no complaints. A good place.

The breakfast is basic, so keep expectations modest: egg on toast with coffee or tea. Someone also booked me a tuk tuk to the airport. For the price and location, this place is perfect, about a 10-15 minute walk to the old town and night market. My room had AC, a clean bathroom with a toilet seat, and a warm shower. The beds, mattresses, and sheets were very good quality, and the place was ultra clean. They even made towel animals on the beds. There was no safe or pool, and my room's Wi-Fi barely had one bar, but those were minor issues.
