The hotel made it easy to explore town on foot, since the location is very central. We had a wonderful stay at Avani+ Luang Prabang for our belated honeymoon, and the staff's warm hospitality and excellent service made it memorable. They went the extra mile with a luxurious airport transfer, complimentary cakes, and a delicious bottle of red wine waiting when we arrived. Our package included a 60-minute traditional Lao massage and a fantastic Mekong sunset cruise. The hotel also arranged a private trip to Kuang Si waterfall and complimentary alms giving. We're very pleased and grateful to the staff, and will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family who may visit Luang Prabang.

The sunset cruise was wonderful, and it was very convenient to have the buggy and train station shuttle services. At Avani we had an amazing stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful, greeting us warmly and taking good care of us from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and cozy, and breakfast had a wide spread with plenty of choices. We'll definitely be back!

Each morning Jiayia greeted me at breakfast with calm, attentive, personal service. The reception staff were also always available to answer questions or help with the local area. Avani+ has five-star amenities in a traditional, unpretentious style that fits its surroundings. It's just across the road from the night market, where you can see Luang Prabang's activity and small-scale commerce. The river is a short walk away, with a view of the sunset behind the mountains. Tuk tuks gather nearby, and you can also travel by electric scooter. This location has a nice mix of quiet and calm while being surrounded by people and activity, rather than feeling isolated.

The hotel-organized boat ride on the Mekong was amazing, definitely do it. The pool is outstanding, the spa is high quality, the food excellent, and the rooms comfortable. The staff are attentive, always smiling or offering ideas for things to do. Right in the city, yet it feels like a peaceful haven. Perfect for Luang Prabang, so don't hesitate to book.

Ms. Sunny deserves a special mention for helping organize our activities throughout the stay and making sure everything ran smoothly. The spa facilities were fantastic, too. We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful property, right in the heart of the city center. Everyone was kind, attentive, and welcoming the whole time.
