The staff went above and beyond to look after us, and we really appreciated it. We had a large, clean, air-conditioned room, a comfortable bed, and a shower that worked well. The views weren't anything special, but views weren't why we chose it. It's reasonably priced and right in the middle of everything, and it served us well during our stay in Laos.

The location is great, and the affordable studios have kitchens, so it works for a night or two. But the place is dirty and needs renovation. Rooms aren't cleaned during your stay, and dead cockroaches are all over.

We paid 130k for a double room. The shower was nice, the Wi-Fi was okay, and the staff were okay too. There's a safe in the closet, but no laundry service. We had a small table and chair, while our friends even got a bench.

The guesthouse owners were wonderfully nice. The location was great, and I really liked the good coffee, hot shower, and large, comfortable king-size bed. I'd definitely recommend it.

Renovation work is going on, so the place gets noisy during the day and the rooms we were given were dusty. The massage and spa are closed while the work is happening.
