The staff were incredibly polite and sweet. And this was easily the best burger I've had in Vientiane, full of flavor with cheese you could actually taste. I'll keep coming back whenever I want a burger.

The rooftop restaurant has a nice view, though I wish they offered more Western food. Prices are a little higher than at other places. The rooms are large and great, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. It's a good place to stay, and the reception staff speak English well.

We liked the location because everything lines up in one direction, so it was easy to loop around the sights and malls and then head back. There are good restaurants nearby, and for us the hotel felt like very good value. The room was huge and we slept blissfully. Staff were lovely, always helpful and smiling, and breakfast was really good. They also provide a free airport shuttle. Well done to everyone there.

I haven't stayed overnight, but a friend recommended this as his usual place when he's in town. The rooftop restaurant and (Gin)bar deserves to be better known. It has the best city rooftop bar view in Vientiane, plus parking. The tables are great and the chairs are really comfortable, and it feels relaxing. It could also work well as a function venue. Host David was friendly and super helpful. Thanks.

The included breakfast at Rays Grille on the roof was a surprise, and it's AMAZING. There are 8 breakfast choices; the pancakes are really, really good, and the Ray's Country Style Sausage is tasty too. Our room was much bigger than expected, clean and well kept. The staff were all really good and spoke English well. The Japanese guy looking after people at breakfast was awesome, with great English and probably even better Japanese! 😜
