The room was nice, and the housekeeping woman was polite and did a very good job cleaning. It’s a shame there’s no front desk. She saw guests talking and acted like she hadn’t noticed them.

We had a paid reservation and arrived on time to check in, only to be told our room had already been given to another guest. That broke the booking agreement and seriously disrupted our plans. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since our booking was valid. They offered a full cash refund if payment had been made, but left us waiting for several hours without fixing the situation. They told us to cancel through the app instead of handling the cancellation directly. We never got any response from the hotel. Their irresponsible handling of check-in has affected many people, and we’re very disappointed. If this keeps happening, it will have a major impact on customers. The hotel showed a lack of professionalism and responsibility.

I booked and paid for a room through the app, but when I arrived, the staff had sold it to someone else. I got there at 3 PM, and by 5 PM they still hadn’t sorted anything out. They kept avoiding my questions and wasting my time. The manager avoided my calls, and although staff gave me the manager’s number, the manager couldn’t speak a language we could use to communicate. This hotel is terrible in every way. I’ll never book a room here again.

They canceled my booking automatically without giving a clear notice, then told me to contact a third-party service myself to get the refund. It was a frustrating, time-consuming, and very unprofessional experience. I won’t come back.
