Latsavong Wanda Vista Vientiane

The spacious poolside area is a nice place to unwind, and there's a sauna and massage service too. I liked how clean and roomy the hotel felt. The gym doesn't have much equipment, though it does have the equipment available. On the 37th floor, the outdoor bar gives you a panoramic view of Vientiane. It could be a nice night-time spot if you want a drink and some atmosphere.

Man, this place is awesome. I got upgraded when I checked in because they had run out of rooms. The service was excellent, and the sky bar was great, with plenty of good food and drinks to choose from. They accept USD, debit cards, and credit cards, which made paying easy. There were young Hmong men and women working there, and they were able to help us Hmong guests. I'm from America, and they welcomed me and helped me too. That kind of caring attitude makes you want to come back.

The rooms were bright, modern, and really clean, and breakfast each morning had lots of fresh, tasty choices. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout the stay, with genuinely excellent service. A big thank you to Ana, the front desk supervisor, for being so kind and professional. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again.

The room was modern and new, and the toilet had a washlet seat. For the price, it was amazing value. Reception were polite, though they could have been quicker. That was more frustrating because I had to ask to change rooms after finding out the previous occupant had smoked in the non-smoking room. I appreciated the upgrade after that, but the new room's layout felt strange to me, and they'd drenched it in air freshener. I opened the door and ran the air conditioning full blast to air it out while writing this. The towels also smelled a bit damp, as if they hadn't been washed properly. I'm not sure I'll stay here again.
