The room had a good-sized fridge, cold bottled water and even a hot water maker for coffee or tea. I stayed for three days and found the amenities ample enough, though it's no Ritz carlton. My family room was large and everything in it was clean. Check-in was easy, I just showed my reservation, but the guy spoke very little English. I was on the third floor, and there isn't an elevator, so be ready for the stairs.

For a short stay in Vientiane, this place had what I needed. My room was large, the air conditioning was cool, and the Wi-Fi reception was good. It's an older hotel, and the location is alright since the capital is quite small. It would be better if they put kettles in the rooms or sold coffee and drinks at reception.

I checked in easily after they checked my booking and took payment. The place was clean, and my room had air conditioning, a fridge, and a few bottles of water, which I appreciated after staying in fan-only bungalows in Don Det. I couldn't see a bar or restaurant attached to the hotel.

Our booking clearly listed six people, but the man tried to put all of us in one double bed and one single bed. He wouldn't give us extra rooms or cancel the booking.
