You have to clean your own room, which is a real inconvenience, and there’s no room service, kitchen, or basic facilities. For this price, you can find better places nearby. I’d avoid it, definitely not worth the money. ~Dusty

The blanket and towel were dirty and moldy, and the room itself was filthy. The door wouldn’t lock, and there was a gap in the window with mosquitoes coming through. I checked in, saw the room condition, and checked out about 10 minutes later, but they refused to return the $30 I paid. This made my Laos vacation a horrible experience. It was terrible, I even wondered if someone had died there.

The towels were dark and smelled bad, there was trash left in the bin, and I saw a cockroach in my room. Dirty footprints were on the wall, and the air conditioning didn’t work. The hotel was filthy and the customer service was atrocious. I’ve never had an experience like this before.

The staff were kind and helpful, but the room was poorly maintained and not clean. The walls, bed, and bathroom all need attention, and the owner really needs to upgrade the rooms. For what I paid, I didn’t get what I expected.
