The staff do their best and the location is good, but the rooms and apartments are in rough shape. They need maintenance, the furniture is old, and we had to fix something every day. I’d give the accommodation no more than 2/10. I came to visit my parent, who had booked a month but left in under 20 days. My own stay was just five days, and it was the worst stay I’ve had. I used to work in this field, and from a management perspective there are a lot of problems to address. They need a new strategy and could do much better.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and the hotel was great value for money. I stayed a few days and had an excellent time. From the rooms you can see the ocean, and the location is close to both the American University and the waterfront. I’d absolutely recommend it.

There’s a lovely coffee shop next door, Second Cup, that stays open fairly late, and you’ll see plenty of AUB students studying there. The hotel itself is a small, boutique-style place right on Bliss street, beside the American University of Beirut in downtown Beirut.

The breakfast and the useful things in the hotel, including a fridge, wifi and garage, made my week-long stay easier. The rooms were great, the location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for making my trip to Beirut such a good experience. I can highly recommend Bliss Suite Hotel.

The room was spacious, the view was amazing, and the location was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no wifi in the rooms, and the signal in the lobby was very weak. There was also no room service to clean the room or change the towels.
