They decorated our room for my daughter’s birthday, which was lovely. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the room was very good, with enough space for the three of us. The beds are big and firm, and there’s a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It’s near everything, with lots of restaurants and bars close by.

The room wasn’t clean at all, and the jacuzzi had an electrical problem that made it dangerous to use. I also felt tricked: even though I stayed at the hotel, they cancelled the booking through the agency so I couldn’t leave a review, and they wouldn’t pay the agency. The reception was disrespectful, and every request had to be repeated ten times before anyone acted. This was one of my worst experiences. The service was beyond bad, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here or trusting the pictures. Maybe it used to be that good, but lately it’s beyond any expectation.

The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and there’s no gym or pool. The food wasn’t fresh either. I had breakfast twice and it made me sick. The cleanliness was zero: everything was old and broken, the sheets were very old and torn, the curtains were falling apart, and the bathroom never seemed to get cleaned. The towels were filthy and smelled awful. This was my worst stay ever. If I could give less than one star, I would. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. Zero stars, not recommended at all. 😡😡

The noise kept going until 3 or 4 a.m., and the rooms were in terrible shape. Pieces were coming loose from the ceiling, there was hair in the shower, and the jacuzzi leaked badly from the sides. The pillows had huge stains and the towels were extremely worn. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had, and I can’t give less than one star. Don’t waste your money. A hostel would be much better than this place, which I can’t even call a hotel. I don’t know how they can call it a 4-star hotel. Definitely not recommended.
