The location was great, the hotel was good, and breakfast had plenty of options. We had to leave in the morning before the official breakfast time, but the team led by Soha made sure we could still have breakfast. The team were accommodating throughout. Samar, Ayham, and Yasser at reception were great. Thank you for your hospitality!

The receptionist was rude, and our room card wouldn’t open the door, so an employee had to let us in with a key. The room wasn’t clean either. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and getting to nearby attractions was easy. Queens Suite Hotel was clean, nicely furnished, and affordable. The Syrian receptionist was especially polite and helpful whenever I needed something. I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to travelers.

The WiFi was awful, and the way they handled our booking was even worse. They canceled our reservation without telling us. They claimed they'd called and we hadn't picked up, but we never got a call. Even if that had happened, they could have left a message or emailed us about the cancellation. Their customer service was terrible, and I wouldn’t trust them again. I'd give zero stars if I could.
