Kantari Suites

The staff made us feel right at home, and Hassan deserves a special thank you for always going above and beyond. We’ll stay here again the next time we’re in Beirut. The location, roomy accommodations, and especially the service are what will bring us back.

I’m staying here now, and the experience has been excellent. The staff have been so friendly and have gone out of their way to make things enjoyable. My room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities I needed. The location is close to the main attractions, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. I’d recommend this hotel if you're after a relaxing, hassle-free stay.

Hassan gave us amazing service and did everything he could to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had electricity 24/7, uninterrupted hot showers, great wifi, and a big, comfortable bed.

I've stayed at this hotel for many years. It used to be reasonably priced and well cared for, with friendly staff. This time, after they changed managers, the experience was different. He doesn't seem to know how to manage. I had paid him 1,300 when I arrived, yet he called to ask for payment while I was sleeping. After I extended my stay, he called and messaged me about the money every day. They also deactivated my key while my belongings were still in the room. When I asked for another key card, he said we'd talk first and that someone would open the door every time I came back. What are we, children? I've spent over 10k there over the years, and I have no problem paying. It's the way he deals with people that's wrong. The old manager would let you settle any remaining balance on your last day. This manager didn't even offer a discount when I arrived. I've asked him for the owner's number for days, but he keeps avoiding the conversation. The staff aren't friendly, it's inconvenient, and they waste your time.
