A lovely place to stay, with a great view and very good service. Mr. Mohamed at reception was especially nice.

Right on the Raouche, the view was amazing. The waterfront location is close to lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff were kind and friendly, and checked that we were comfortable and happy with everything. The complimentary drinks and cake when we checked in were such a thoughtful touch.

The room was clean, with a huge, really comfortable bed, and the service was good. There’s no restaurant, though. We stayed on the 8th floor and had a very clear view of pigeon rock. I wouldn’t recommend the lower floors, since the view from there is just the road and cars.

The location is incredible 😍. Reception staff were professional and very helpful, and the location is great.

Bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. They seem focused on getting money, then keep adding unnecessary charges after you’ve paid. There was no Visa machine at first. Once they got one, they said using it would cost an extra 10%, so we paid cash each night instead. Every night they came by asking for money because they said they had to close the systems. They also kept forgetting room service items like water and other important things.
