We stayed in a sea-view suite, and the room was amazing. Service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the resort's beautiful setting showed off what a gem Lebanon is. I booked through hotels.com and had a deluxe room; booking was easy and fine. My only complaints were the flies around the pool and cigarette butts and plastic on the beach. Better maintenance could make it a perfect 10/10, but everything else was fantastic. Lebanon is an amazing place, and this resort was wow. I'll be back next year.

We only came for the day with the kids, without booking a room or chalet, and had a great time at the pool and beach. The sandy beach was a big hit with them. It was quiet on a weekday, and the whole place felt relaxed, welcoming to families, and burkini-friendly. Entry cost $25 per adult and $15 per child. I'd seen a lot of negative reviews, but our visit was the opposite. Don't let those reviews put you off.

The breakfast cost $20 per person, so I paid $40 for two fried eggs, one for each of us, a shared plate of fool, and a small plate of Labneh. The eggs were very thin and smelled really bad. Coffee was spilled all over its saucer, and the cucumber had been cut but left attached to the base. The waiters were nice, but seemed unaware of some service protocols. One of the worst breakfasts I've tried.

The resort sits by the lovely Mediterranean Sea, with unexpectedly spacious green grounds, plenty of parking, valet service, and security around the clock. The downside was the service quality, especially housekeeping. You also have to pay for every visitor, with no minimum cap.
