Madhu and the rest of the team made us feel very welcome and were always helpful, while still giving us space. Tea Tree Villa itself is beautiful, with lovely architecture, beach views, an infinity pool, a huge garden, and an outdoor dining area. The food was exceptional too. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Right in the middle of town, Tea Tree Villa makes it easy to head out and explore, but it's tucked off the main road and has security at night, so we felt safe. The rooms and beds were really spacious, and the AC was incredible. The staff were attentive and happy to help with whatever we needed. And you won't get a home-cooked Sri Lankan dinner anywhere else but here. Thank you so much for the stay!

The villa was peaceful, tucked away in a quiet alley, yet right on the beach and within walking distance of the main restaurants and bars. Our room had plenty of space, and the large living room and outdoor area worked well for our family group. The chef's food was exceptional, and the owners and staff were so warm and welcoming. We felt lucky to stay here and are looking forward to coming back. Thanks to the lovely team for going out of their way to make our stay special.

The staff are the real stars here, and the food was spectacular, better than any of the restaurants along the beach. Tea Tree Villa is beautiful and well placed, close to the main beach while also feeling tucked away.

Our stay was unpleasant and disappointing. There were lizards, spiders, cockroaches, and red ants in the room, which was poor quality overall. Housekeeping was available only for limited hours, which was inconvenient. Getting to Tea Tree Villa was difficult too, since the approach road wasn't accessible by car.
