OYO 407 Royal Rich Villa

Our stay was disappointing because the booking and facilities were poorly handled. We had reserved two rooms a month ahead and paid a deposit, but the owner didn’t know about it, saying another person had taken the booking. The rooms weren’t ready, so we waited almost 45 minutes. We’d been promised rooms near each other, but that arrangement wasn’t provided. One replacement room had just been painted, with the fumes still strong and making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The rooms themselves were clean, but there was no hot water. The owner said the solar heater wasn’t working because of the rainy weather, which didn’t make sense to us. We ended up showering in freezing water both that night and the next morning. Poor booking records, promises that weren’t kept, and these facilities left us unhappy. I wouldn’t recommend it unless the service improves.
