The food was tasty, and the service was friendly.

The owner was kind, but seemed completely uninterested in guests. The rooms and linens were dirty, and upkeep and decor were badly neglected. Avoid.

A frog had gotten into the bathroom, and the window glass was broken. Half the toilet seat was missing too. The room felt neglected, and I had to ask for clean sheets and towels because ours were dirty.
