Hotel Sanasta

I refused to bathe because the supposed hot water system looked like a death trap, with exposed wires heating water inside the shower unit. The whole place smelled awful and was filthy, so bad that it seemed like the sink and toilet drains were connected. The toilet had no lid, either. Staff were unfriendly and seemed focused on getting more money. They hadn’t told me when checkout was, then argued aggressively and demanded extra payment. The whole thing felt shady and dishonest. Sanista Hotel was unsafe, unhygienic, and untrustworthy. Never again. 🤮

The manager was extremely rude when I brought up the problems. His response was basically, “If you don’t like it, you can leave,” instead of dealing with them professionally. I stayed here last night, and the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was sand in the bed, no towels or soap, and the washroom was unacceptable. One of the worst stays I’ve had. Wouldn’t recommend.

The food was a letdown, with tiny portions, disappointing taste and poor quality. They charged ridiculous prices for chasers that weren’t worth that much. The rooms weren’t satisfactory either. The location is the one plus, to some extent, but this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The manager’s attitude was the worst part. The online photos are completely misleading, and the room was dirty. Breakfast was bad, and there was no soap, towels, or other basic supplies in the room. It wasn’t worth the money. A really awful stay, don’t stay here.
