The lovely views from the windows, comfortable beds, and well-stocked kitchen won us over. We were also relieved that the rooms faced away from the road, so traffic noise wasn't an issue. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. We hadn't planned to stay here. We canceled our earlier booking because it was too far from Ella, then found Flower Top Ella House by chance late in the day. It didn't make much of an impression at first, but staying turned out to be a great call. With a car, Ella is only a 15-minute drive away. There are plenty of beds, so it's a strong option for a big family or group.

The owner went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and we had a fantastic stay at Flower Top Ella Holiday Inn. It’s roomy and clean, with space for a group of friends or an office trip. The location near the main road made getting around easy, and Ella town is about 4 km away. Definitely worth checking out when visiting Ella.

Really bad. There was trash everywhere, it wasn't a separate house, and they kicked us out. There was no toilet either.

The owner was polite and helpful, and the place was clean and hygienic. Breakfast tasted good, and there was a generous amount.
