Villa Mandalay by Scenery Villas

We had a pleasant time and lots of fun at this villa. There's pool access, and the whole place can fit around 20-25 people, making it great for a group to hang out. A chef is available to cook what you want, but you need to tell them your requirements beforehand. You can get the ingredients, or they can get them for you.

Villa Mandalay has a piece of my heart. The views are stunning, and swimming surrounded by all that nature felt like paradise. Sri Lanka itself was magical, from the beaches, food, people, and culture. I want to be born there in my next life! From our arrival, everyone treated us like royalty. Pattie greeted us with fresh-squeezed juice and cooked delicious meals every day. The kids still say they miss Patties food. Arun took care of the house and everything we needed, and was wonderful with the kids. They still talk about him every day. Nothing was too much trouble. Sudu is the BEST host. He made each day fun and helped create the magic. We also got to know his wonderful family and felt part of it. Thank you to everyone at Villa Mandalay for making this trip so special. March 2024. The lovely team made everything relaxing, and Patti, the resident chef, cooked fabulous food. Nothing was too much trouble, and we'd highly recommend staying here. The garden, beautiful flowers, scenery, and birdlife were lovely, with a gentle breeze most of the time. A five-star place without a doubt.

Mandalay is a gem. We've stayed there many times, and my whole family adores the place, the staff, and the location. Everything is so clean, and the staff are amazing. They treat us like royalty, and nothing is too much trouble. The pool is cleaned twice a day, and the food is freshly bought and cooked. I can't fault it, and there's nothing bad about it. I don't understand how anyone could leave a bad review; that person is completely wrong. Totally recommend Mandalay for a wonderful holiday where you're well looked after.
