We paid over 50,000 rupees for a private cottage and pool, but the pool had old, stagnant water with mosquito larvae and debris in it. It was filthy and clearly hadn’t been looked after. The cottage wasn’t any better: dirty rugs, bugs, and stained furniture with unpleasant odors. We raised these problems with management several times and got excuses, but no real fix. A very disappointing stay. I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere clean and comfortable.

The food was fine and the setting was decent, but rude, unprofessional treatment over payment made us feel uncomfortable and spoiled our day out with friends. We were spoken to as though we wouldn’t pay. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the customer service.

We were left to handle the function ourselves because the separate coordinator they’d promised never showed up. That was one of several things that went wrong with our wedding. They’d said all we needed to bring was the bartenders, but there were no plates, so we had to rush to a shop during the wedding to get them. They also said we could pay for the bottles afterward and that they’d keep them at the bar. Instead, they told us to carry them across the road from their bar to the one by our function, demanded payment upfront, and wouldn’t take the extra bottles. They’d also verbally agreed we could pack some food. When we politely asked for food for a relative who couldn’t be there, they made a scene and tried to attack one of our family members. I had to go find the manager myself to sort it out. Even after the function, the waiters made another scene instead of letting it go. From the first day, management had assured us they would provide everything for the wedding, but their service was unprofessional and subpar. It was an unpleasant experience, and we won’t do business with them again.

The place itself is very nice, but our one day stay was a terrible experience. Rats ran around inside the room, and there were flies in the food. For what we paid, both the cleanliness and the food quality were extremely poor. Very disappointing.
