Ez Stay Guesthouse

We spent two nights here. The room was small and only okay, not the cleanest, though it wasn't terrible, and the fan worked well. There was no room window except a small one in the toilet, so it felt dark. It could also get noisy at night. Nobody mentioned the renovation, and loud work started at 8 am. There are probably three mosques nearby too, so prayers at 4:50 am may wake you. On our last day, orange water came from the tap and the shower had no water at all. Reception told us to wait five minutes while they checked, but nothing was looked at or fixed before checkout.

The hotel was calm inside, a nice place to unwind after a busy day, and the location made it easy to get to shops, restaurants, and transport. Our rooms were spacious, tidy, and arranged well, with the basic amenities you'd expect. Everything was clean and well maintained. The receptionist and room boys were polite, professional, and very helpful, always ready with a smile. They responded quickly when we needed something. It felt safe and comfortable, and we had a hassle-free stay. I'd happily return and recommend it to families, groups, or solo travelers.

We came back for a second stay, and it was amazing again. The view of the Lotus Tower gives the guest house a special feel. We were there for exams, and it was quiet, calm, and comfortable for studying. The service was excellent, and we felt completely safe the whole time. Highly recommended if you're after comfort and peace of mind.
