There were more cockroaches than guests. The owner initially wouldn’t let us see the rooms before paying, but I insisted. We didn’t stay, and I’d only point the most adventurous, budget-driven traveller toward this place.

Breakfast was excellent, and tea and coffee were available free at any time. The place was very clean, with good facilities and a central location that made everywhere easy to reach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a very good experience. Amazing value for money, highly recommend. Thank you!

There are 14 beds in the room, and cleanliness was kind of okay, average for Sri Slanka. The owner is super friendly and always available. Breakfast is okay, noodles and curry with bananas served at 8am. The A/C only runs at night.

Affordable and in the heart of the city. Each room has 6 bunk beds, making it a 12-person room. The hostel is good, but there’s no proper potable drinking water.

There were too many beds in a huge room, and just one fan left it hot as hell. The room and bathroom were dirty, and the sheets weren’t clean either. No mosquito nets, which seems necessary with the hostel so close to a pond.
