A nice, safe place for a low budget stay with someone you love. I really enjoyed the room boy’s hospitality, and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere affordable and safe.

Parking was very limited, so it’s worth checking whether a space is available before you book. The room wouldn’t lock properly, and the cleaning was poor, especially in the bathroom. There was no hot water either. This is a very low-budget hotel, and for me it ended up being a last resort when I couldn’t find anything else.

It’s a quiet spot near Bambalapitiya beach 🏝️, with both AC and non-AC rooms. The rooms were generally clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They have fruit juices, and can arrange food if you ask. The building is a little old, and the room rate felt a bit high, but otherwise it was okay.

The room smelled really bad and wasn’t clean. The room boys behaved very badly, too. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. This place is only good for storage.
