The pineapple smoothie was very good, and an older waiter who came by later was professional. I ordered cuttlefish pittu kottu, but there was very little cuttlefish and a lot of gravy. Food was 7.5 out of 10, service 6, and delivery time 10. At the Jaffna style restaurant on the hotel’s ground floor, the waiters need to pay more attention to customers who are seated and waiting. I had to call out and wave my arms to get service while several servers chatted by the cashier. I hope that isn’t typical. I’ll give the place another chance.

Pittu with mutton gravy is especially good here, and the fresh juices and masala french fries are worth trying too. It’s a busy place, but the wait was about 15 minutes. The juices were just okay. I also had pot rice, which could be tastier. It’s a good place to stay as well.

The staff gave us great service both day and night. Our room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed staying here. The price was very reasonable too. Thank you to the owner Siva.

There’s a restaurant downstairs that opens at certain times, so it was handy for meals. Food and tea aren’t provided in the room. We stayed one day in a comfortable AC room that was reasonably maintained. It cost a little more than nearby hotels, but the price still seemed fair.

The place is amazing, but the manager in the food area was very rude to the staff. I thought he might hit them, which isn’t right and needs to change. It's not kannady, he is really nice 👍
