The front desk team at Nelly Marine Hotel were respectful, quick to respond, and helpful. That was the best part of our stay. Some housekeeping and restaurant staff stared at my wife in a way that made her uncomfortable. That’s not acceptable in a hotel that welcomes families, and it badly affected our experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to families or feel comfortable suggesting it to clients, friends, or relatives, despite my work in travel and visiting many hotels. The place felt cramped, had little space and no proper view, and didn’t feel worth the price. We booked a night-out package with food, but got a fixed menu with very few choices. The hotel needs to improve staff training and guest comfort. It was not worth the money.

I went with my parents for dinner, not to stay overnight. The staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful. The food was expensive, though, and mosquitoes were biting us while we waited for it, so we asked them to turn on the air conditioning.

The food could use some work on quality. Still, we had a good stay: the rooms were clean and spacious, and the place is close to the beach. The staff were responsible and the hospitality was good.

The calm atmosphere and delicious food made our stay memorable. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and nicely designed, and the staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. It was a comfortable, relaxing visit, and I’d highly recommend it.
