The reception staff were especially friendly, attentive and responsive. Ravi, the cleaner, also deserves a mention for taking his work seriously and doing it so professionally. The people here clearly care about their guests, whether in the cosy coffee shop and restaurant or elsewhere. They made the hotel feel like a second home, and we were a little sad to leave. Our spacious room was spotless and had a large balcony with stunning sea views. The comfortable big bed, reliable Wi-Fi in every room, large TV and refrigerator made our stay easy and carefree. We loved the cosy atmosphere and the genuine care as much as the high level of service. We’ll happily recommend the hotel to friends and family, and want to come back again and again. Thanks so much for everything. We look forward to seeing you again! ❤️🙌🏻

The price felt very reasonable for the high tea buffet, which had plenty of variety and tasty food. I went with my office buddies and we had a really enjoyable time. I’d definitely recommend it.

The only catch is noise: a sea-view room overlooks a busy main road and train tracks, so it may not suit someone sensitive to sound. I slept blissfully anyway. We stayed one night and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the room was, especially the bed and pillows. The porter, reception and restaurant staff were all very courteous. Breakfast had lots of choice and was plentiful. I particularly liked the omelets made fresh. When the lights stopped working late in the afternoon, a technician came right away to fix them. I’d recommend this hotel.

The property was clean and sits by Marine Drive, with the railway within walking distance. Still, the service felt average and the price for one night didn’t seem worthwhile for what was offered. The room and bathroom were small, and there wasn’t proper room service. You pay extra for an open balcony, and breakfast wasn’t included. They apparently don’t keep change, though they accept USD, and the rates vary with current rates. The sea view was about the only thing included. It was okay, but they could offer a lot more for the price.

The Sunday dinner buffet was a great experience, with plenty of variety and food that was delicious and full of flavour. Everything was well prepared. The staff were very friendly, and their excellent service and hospitality really stood out. We’ll definitely visit again. Highly recommended!
