Omega Hotel & Motel

The space is very narrow. It seems suitable for official visits, though quite a few couples come for short stays.

We only planned to stay one night and had already paid. After seeing our Russian and Ukrainian passports, the host told us we could stay free, so we didn’t search for somewhere else and let him know we’d remain two more nights. The room was filthy, with questionable sheets, holes in the mattress, mold on the walls, and a leaking roof. Later, when my friend chose to leave, the owner charged him for the whole stay. The host had lied. If we’d known we still had to pay for this dump, we would never have stayed.

It smelled like a toilet and was really dirty, so I cancelled and went somewhere else.

The food is good, especially the late-night short eats and chicken paalandy with rotti. It’s not much of a cosy spot, though.
