Renuka City Hotel

We found the setting calm and pleasant, with seating and a layout that worked for both work functions and casual meetups. The food was good in taste and quality, which added to the experience. It’s a comfortable place for office events, group meetings, holidays, or simply spending time with friends and colleagues.

I was left without a place to stay in a foreign country, traveling alone, after the hotel cancelled my room just four hours before I arrived. I’d booked in December for mid-January and kept updating them during major flight disruptions, including delays and multiple transit changes. Each time, they assured me the booking would be held. When I called to confirm again, they said it had been cancelled and given to someone else, and told me to wait until the next morning in case a room opened up. They offered no alternative or assistance, took no responsibility and wouldn’t acknowledge their mistake. The experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and insecurity, and fell far below an acceptable standard of hospitality. This was completely unprofessional, and I don’t recommend the hotel.

I spent five days here for a conference in November and appreciated the service. Reception was welcoming and very helpful, the room was spacious and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, and locals also use the restaurant. Excellent value for money. I’d stay again and recommend it.

Friendly staff and good value for the price. The hotel is conveniently located, and the room is a reasonable size. It’s clean but showing its age, while the bed and pillows are comfortable and the bathroom is clean and adequately sized. Nothing fancy.
