A cozy, affordable place very close to Dambulla Caves, run by a sweet family. They respect your privacy, but are quick to help when you need something. The Wi-Fi was very fast, around 15 Mbps. We had a brief outage, but they fixed it soon. We rented a scooter from Sujatha and got around the sigiriya circuit comfortably.

A big, lovely garden gives the place a calm and distinctive feel. It's also within walking distance of the Golden Temple. The friendly family who run it cooked us a wonderful dinner and breakfast. Our room was very clean, with a hot shower, Wi-Fi and towels.

The new rooms are great value, clean, and have huge, very neat bathrooms. It's a little outside the town centre, but still an easy walk. Breakfast was nice.
