We didn't get the room we had booked because it had been given to someone else. The staff were rude, including the manager, and we weren't treated properly. We also had to call to ask about extra charges on the bill. There were no sheets or anything to put on the bed, and the room was dirty and full of animals, so sleeping was impossible. The pool tiles were broken and I hurt my leg. The bathroom had no towels or soap, and there was no water either. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to other travelers.

For Rs.6000, this room was definitely not worth it. There was no drinking water, soap, towels, or tea and coffee making supplies. It smelled strongly musty, like it hadn't been properly cleaned or used in a long time, and flies were everywhere, making it uncomfortable to eat at the table. Stray dogs were outside, and rainwater made the room floor wet. Cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep were extremely poor. It honestly didn't feel like the place was regularly maintained for guests. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We spent the day here and had a good time. The rooms are basic, nothing fancy, but you could stay overnight comfortably. There's a good selection of food and drinks to order. The pool is small but reasonably clean, so it's a nice place to spend the day or evening.

The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly. Guests have room to enjoy their stay as they like. There’s a pool and the rooms have AC. It's a nice place with classic facilities.

The Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were so welcoming and hospitable. With all the greenery around, the place feels peaceful, and the location works well for relaxing or exploring. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Cinnamon Estate Villa made for a comfortable, serene getaway. Highly recommended!
