Dhanudi Homestay

The people made the stay especially lovely. Their hospitality and eagerness to help made everything feel perfect. Fhanudi homestay was spotlessly clean, completely renewed, convenient, and had a perfect view and all the amenities. It gave us even more than we'd expected, and we had a very pleasant stay.

I've stayed in several places in Sri Lanka, and this homestay has been the best so far. The rooms are very clean, the hosts are nice, breakfast is great, and the bed is comfortable. Downtown is within walking distance, thanks to a shortcut that doesn't show up on maps. The one thing I'd criticize is the rather low water pressure for the hot shower. Otherwise, a really nice place. I highly recommend booking here. Thanks for having me.

The room was nicely designed, with a comfortable bed and a sofa to relax on, and everything was spotless. The property is newly built just outside Ella city center. A handy shortcut gets you to the restaurants and shops in under a ten-minute walk. I had the Sri Lankan hopper breakfast each morning because of food allergies, and it was excellent. I did find the sink and shower setup had somewhat low water pressure, and the shower's hot water system was finicky. Daily water refills, or some kind of filtration system, would be a plus. More rooms are being added, but that didn't spoil the peaceful feel or the owners' manner. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Ella.

The hosts were so kind and helpful, and the breakfast was incredible. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated to a hotel standard. It's a fantastic location, just a short walk from the center. This was our second trip to Ella, and we'd stay here again on a future visit. Thank you!
