The manager and staff made this stay stand out. They were warm, attentive, and spoke English fluently, and they even helped us arrange a taxi for travel between cities. We felt safe and looked after the whole time. Our room was modern and comfortable, with a thoughtful layout. The pillows, linens, and toiletries were all excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. The shower had the best water pressure and temperature control we came across on the trip. Of all the hotels we stayed in during our journey, Eyeful Hotel was the one we liked best. We were very happy here and would gladly recommend it.

Breakfast was a huge spread every morning, and the service was top notch. The new rooms downstairs had everything we needed, and staff regularly checked whether we wanted anything. The location worked well for walking to Ella's main area, though there wasn't a view from it. The one letdown in the room was a bad bathroom smell, which is why I didn't give the rooms five stars.

Rohan and his team looked after us so well, and we really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was very good too. The room was very clean and about what you'd expect at this price, though toward the higher end of the midrange. It's a five-minute walk from the main strip, which was ideal for getting away from the noise and traffic, even late at night. I'd definitely recommend it.

The owner was so friendly and took care of everything. I never felt overcharged, and it was a genuinely lovely stay. The room was clean, there was hot water, and we had everything we needed. Thanks for having us. I'd definitely come back.

I stayed here after visiting Ella, along with two foreign friends, and we all liked it. I stayed in the hostel, and the place was very clean with friendly service. My friends appreciated it too, and the prices are quite reasonable. Since it's very close to Ella town, it's easy to enjoy the town's beauty at night. I recommend this place 100%.💙💙
