Breakfast with the mountains in front of us was amazing, and I loved relaxing there and watching the views in the misty weather. The natural setting made Hotel Jade Ella feel so calm. The staff took care of everything and the hospitality was very good. It's close enough to walk into Ella town, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. This is my favorite place to stay in Ella if you're after a peaceful break. Highly recommend Hotel Jade Ella.

The staff were very friendly and really did their best, and the location is good, just a short but steep walk from the Main Street. Still, the property needs more work. We had repeated problems with hot water, and mold on the wall and ceiling is a serious health concern. We didn't enjoy the breakfast, so after the first day we stopped asking for it and went into town for a better one. It has a lot of potential, but in its current condition I didn't feel it was worth the money.

The view is amazing, and the hotel has everything you need, including great wifi. Rooms are big and beautiful, the staff are lovely, and it's on a calm, quiet street a few minutes' walk from the center. I really recommend it.
