Karapitiya can be busy, but this place felt like a calm, quiet hideaway. We stayed for over a week and it really felt like home. The two staff members were wonderful and so helpful, a full 10/10. They made us feel like family, which meant a lot. Thank you for looking after us. We’d love to come back.

We were left stranded when we arrived. The gate was locked, nobody was there, and nobody answered; the phone wasn't working either. It was very unprofessional. They shouldn't take bookings if they can't accommodate guests.

A lovely villa for a relaxing break, set somewhere peaceful. It was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was good.
