Good location and the rooms were in good condition, but the hot water kettle wasn’t working. There weren’t any bedside plugs for charging devices either. Meals from the restaurant took a long time to prepare.

I could see the waiter put in my juice order at the counter, but it still wasn't made after our other food arrived. When I checked again, the waiter repeated the order. Ten minutes later, the person at the counter said they hadn't even started it and carried on chatting without showing any concern. As we were leaving, I raised the problem with management and saw staff laughing at me. It felt like nobody took responsibility or the complaint seriously. The service was very disappointing. I really wouldn't recommend this place.

The only person who was nice to us was the young boy serving. The rest of the service was poor, and the food wasn't tasty. Portions were so small that two of the men in our group asked for more rice, but were told it had run out. The high price didn't match the small portions or poor quality. Soft drinks were also well above market price. The Consumer Authority should look into it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

There was a noisy party that went on until 2.30am. The room was stained, the sheets hadn't been changed, and they wouldn't give us a blanket even after we asked. They didn't provide tea or even a kettle, despite charging 6900 for the room. To iron our clothes we had to cross a very doggie area. This wasn't worth 1000lkr.
