The villa looks lovely, and the design and interior initially made a good impression, but the problems became clear during our month there. The house was very dark and had a terrible damp, musty smell. A cat living next door had marked things around the house, and the odor was awful. Things kept breaking, including the air conditioner and fan, while the manager was rarely responsive. The staff were extremely inattentive. The conditions ruined our family holiday, and the children started coughing because of the smell. I wouldn’t recommend living here.

We booked the villa for three months over New Year, but the owner canceled just five days before we were due to arrive. She returned the deposit with a bang. She’s irresponsible and seems not to care about people at all.
