Sanithu Homestay Galle

The garden and room were both clean and well kept, giving Sanithu Homestay & Villa a calm, charming feel. The food was freshly prepared, tasty, and handled with good hygiene. Its location near Ginthota Junction was convenient, while the surroundings stayed peaceful and away from noise. I travel often, and the host family’s kindness and readiness to help made this stay feel personal and comfortable. It’s a good option for a short visit or a longer stay if you like a homely atmosphere. I’d happily recommend it.

Ajith, Champika, and Sanithu made us feel like part of the family. They were generous with local tips, helped us get around and organize tours, and were always willing to arrange a house lawn party. Their homemade food was delicious, too. The place is quiet and lovely for relaxing near Galle. Our simple room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the common area and outdoor seating were great. Excellent value and wonderfully warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay.

The rice and curry was excellent, and it was easy to get to Galle by bus, about 20-30 minutes away. The homestay is peaceful, with places to sit and rest, and the family who runs it is so lovely you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. My single room was clean and good for the price, with a mosquito net, a fan, and a place to charge European devices. A great spot if you want to relax.

The natural setting is what made this place so peaceful, with forest all around and lovely sounds day and night. It’s quiet and relaxing, just right for unwinding. The family were so warm and caring from the moment we arrived, and we felt at home. The accommodation was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The beds were very comfortable, and the fan and fly net made it easy to sleep. Lovely people and a peaceful retreat. I’d highly recommend staying here.
