The room was well maintained, with AC and bathroom and shower facilities in good condition. Mine also had a rooftop area with a lovely natural view. The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and collaborative, which made the stay feel personal. Breakfast was excellent and gave us a great Sri Lankan experience. It's easy to reach from the main city and surrounding areas, but still peaceful with no city noise. I'd definitely consider staying at Zara Home again on my next visit.

The food is delicious, and Galle Fort is only a short trip away. Zara Homes has very clean, comfortable rooms, and I especially appreciated the service and peaceful surroundings. If I come back one day, I'll definitely stay here again!

The host was incredibly friendly and made us a delicious breakfast with fresh coffee. We had the top floor, which came with its own bathroom. The room was clean and had AC. Thanks, Zara home.

Breakfast was delicious, and the family who own the villa were wonderful, very pleasant people. The villa is in a beautiful, peaceful location, and everything was perfect. Thank you very much.

When we arrived, staff refused to give the double room to our two male guests and asked, “where is your couple?” This condition had never been mentioned when we booked two rooms for five people, one family room and one double room, and it left us with a serious problem. We had to urgently find another room elsewhere. The family room also had no soap or towels, basic things that should have been there. Staff were unfriendly and unprofessional throughout. They even called while we were still sitting and having drinks to ask, “are you done?”, which felt rude and disrespectful. It was a very bad experience, with poor service, a bad attitude, and missing basic facilities. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
