Mali made us feel so welcome, and her curries were absolutely divine. We also found the room and bathroom spotless, with an extremely comfortable bed. The house is in a peaceful neighbourhood, conveniently close to both the beach and the city. We were near the train tracks, but the noise didn’t bother us. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

The hosts were the best part, so friendly and always ready to help. She even gave me fruit and some street food to try, which I really appreciated. It’s a peaceful spot away from the busy town and main road, though the beach is only a few minutes’ walk. You can hear the train, but it doesn’t pass very often. Thank you so much.

That pineapple smoothie was the best I’ve ever had, and breakfast was amazing. It’s a beautiful, spacious guest house that was easy to find, with plenty of parking. Thanks for having us!

We had great food and found the rooms clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed the garden views. Mali Guest House in Hikkaduwa is also conveniently close to Narigama Beach, with free parking. A lovely choice for a relaxing stay ❤️

The friendly family made this a perfect ending to our five-week trip. Mali Guest House is a lovely place, and we only wish we’d stayed longer than our three nights. Breakfast was delicious, and the dinner is probably very good too. Fresh fruit juices are available at a very affordable price, and there’s both laundry service and an airport taxi service. We can highly recommend it.
