Neevana Hotel Hikkaduwa

The live music at sunset on the beach was such a lovely memory, and the friendly gentleman who told us we dance beautifully made the evening even warmer. I also won't forget the gentleman who showed us how to eat curry with our hands. It turned a meal into a fun cultural experience full of laughter. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, especially the ones with plants in the bathrooms. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I had a truly beautiful stay and recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.

The staff made our first stop of the trip feel like a fantastic start to the vacation. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and cheerful each day, and the bar staff were attentive too. Reception lent us a hairdryer and power adapter when we needed them. We also liked the location: close to Turtle Beach, where you can spot huge sea turtles, and only a short walk from the livelier stretch with its restaurants, bars, and shops. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower had great pressure after a beach day. My wife and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The owners wife welcomed us and kept checking in during our stay, which made us feel at home. Staff were kind and helpful, including when we asked questions about the many food options. The meals were amazing. Our room was clean, and the grounds were tidy and well organized. We enjoyed this beautiful hotel a lot and would love to return soon.

That evening infinity pool was a highlight, especially with the sunset behind it, a perfect setting for a quiet drink or some downtime. Neevana Hotel Hikkaduwa also has easy access from Galle Road and is close to the quieter Narigama beach. The place feels intimate and relaxed, and our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely styled with both classic and modern touches. Staff were warm and attentive, making everything smooth from start to finish. It was one of the most memorable parts of our Hikkaduwa trip, and we'd happily come back.
