The location is great and the owners are nice, as long as nothing goes wrong. I was disappointed with the rest: breakfast was so-so, just two eggs and toast with jam, coffee, tea, and fresh juice. Some rooms have small beds, there was no hot water, and the windows leaked, so we could hear all the street traffic. I’d paid for everything in advance and asked twice if changing to another room would cost extra. I was told it wouldn’t. At the end of my stay the owner shouted that I’d cheated them and demanded 30,000 in local money for two nights, then at least 15,000. 👎

I booked through Booking and paid for a room with a balcony and sea view. After booking, my girlfriend read the Google reviews and saw several complaints from people who had been promised sea views but got rooms on the road side. I contacted the property right away to make sure, and they reassured me that my room would have a balcony with a sea view. When we arrived the next day, they started taking us in the opposite direction from the sea, and I got upset. They had promised that kind of room again, but gave us a different one. When you ask them to explain, they point to a shared area, then you walk a few metres and turn left to find the balcony with a sea view. I was glad I asked to see the room before paying. At least they didn’t argue and cancelled the booking immediately, maybe they could tell I was upset. No, no, no, they did it to me too.

Avoid this place. We booked two nights in a “Deluxe Sea View Room,” but the room had no window at all. It was tiny and basic, and there was no balcony either. They made us pay cash as soon as we arrived. When we said we wanted to leave because what we got was different from the booking website, they said they would refund us for one night. I don’t understand how this place has good reviews. Don’t stay here.

We checked the room before booking, which was lucky. It was listed as having a sea view, but the windows faced the other side of the building, so you couldn’t see the sea from inside. To get a view, you had to leave the room, follow the corridor, turn left, and walk 10 metres. Even then, it was only a small view.

This lovely family were happy to drive me wherever I needed to go when I needed a taxi. Their villa is beautiful, and they serve very good juices and breakfast. They did their best to make me feel at home and enjoy my stay. Thanks to the sweet family for helping me out during my travels!
