We spent seven nights here on the Ayurvedic package, and being right by the beach meant we woke to the sound of the ocean. The atmosphere was calm, the staff were kind and friendly, and the manager was excellent. Sugath was a smart, professional server who always made sure we had what we needed. The food was the best we had in Sri Lanka. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there every day, and chef Kumar is both talented and professional. Since coming home, we’ve been cooking his recipes. Thanks for all the inspiration. It was a really pleasant stay, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for a small, peaceful hotel with great food and atmosphere.

The place seems nice, but be careful with a booking. The day before our stay, they told us our room wasn’t available and offered a lower-grade room instead. When we arrived, they said all the rooms were full and tried to send us to a room at a neighboring hotel. We weren’t satisfied with that.

The view was nice, but the food wasn’t good. We walked 200 metres from the beach and found a lovely little spot called "bammboo shoot restaurant ". The food was very fresh, especially the seafood, and the service came with a smile. Highly recommended.

The only thing I’m sad about is having to leave tomorrow 😭😭😭. The hotel is lovely, with rooms right by the sea, kind staff who feel like family, and really good value for the price. I spent two weeks having treatments. I arrived in pain and without energy, but my therapist, SANATH, has a regenerating fluid and I feel like a new person now. Thanks to everyone, especially Sanath ❤❤❤. Five stars, and I’d give more if I could.

The place wasn’t very clean and seemed poorly maintained. Service was minimal, with no staff or chefs around. There was no WiFi, and the mobile signal was pretty weak too.
