Kalpitiya Chalets By Thilanka

The lagoon-facing chalets were a real treat, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We loved the excellent food too. We stayed for two nights, and the welcome and hospitality were wonderful from beginning to end. Jeff, who owns the Thilanka Group, was especially warm and hospitable, and Jeff, Diniti, Roshan, and the rest of the team took great care of us and made us feel at home. The dolphin safari was superb: seeing over 200 dolphins made it unforgettable.

We came during the awurudu season and had one of our best stays. The food was superb, and the team were warm and helpful. Mr Jeff Gunawardena was a wonderful host who made everyone feel welcome. The eight rooms look out over the lagoon, with the beach a short drive away. Afternoons get warm, but the rooms have air conditioning, which made it great. There's a pool as well. Highly recommend it for a quick getaway.

Imesha, the manager, was kind, professional, and so attentive. She made sure everything was taken care of and really helped make our stay special. The whole staff were welcoming and happy to help, and the meals were fresh, tasty, and a highlight, especially with the lagoon view. We loved relaxing on the balcony, watching the sunrise over the water, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Kalpitiya Chalets by Thilanka is a refreshing escape. The calm lagoon setting and lovely chalet design exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend it for a quiet, memorable stay, and I'll definitely come again! 🌅✨
